4 x 90 g Deli-Slice, Mild (2 packets), diced
250 g Vegan-Dip (garlic or hollandaise)
400 g waxy potatoes, diced
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
200 g carrots, diced
1 heaped Tbsp mustard
200 g pickled cucumbers, diced
200 g peas (tinned or frozen)
200 g sweet corn (tinned or frozen)

Russian Salad with Deli-slices, mild

For your next party we recommend this scrumptious Russian Salad. This easy recipe with quickly prepared ingredients will receive many complements for sure.

Ingredients for 4 Servings

4 x 90 g Deli-Slice, Mild (2 packets), diced
250 g Vegan-Dip (garlic or hollandaise)
400 g waxy potatoes, diced
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
200 g carrots, diced
1 heaped Tbsp mustard
200 g pickled cucumbers, diced
200 g peas (tinned or frozen)
200 g sweet corn (tinned or frozen)
Salt und pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into pea-size pieces.

Boil the potatoes together with the carrots in salted boiling water for 15 minutes until soft.

Discard the boiling water. Add the sunflower oil to the potato and carrot dices and mix gently. This will prevent the vegetable dices to stick together.

Using a big bowel add the diced Deli-Slice, Vegan-Dip, mustard, pickled cucumbers, peas and sweet corn. Mix thoroughly.

Add the diced potatoes and carrots and gently fold in.

Season with Salt and freshly ground pepper.

Refrigerate before serving.
