Gnocchi with No-Muh, Sauce
Same as in Italy, ready made Gnocchi is widely available now. As a fast and irresistibly delectable dish, they stay a favourite in the pantry.

1 pack No-Moo Sauce (2x 100 g) [Order No: 409]
500 g gnocchi (vegan)
1 bunch of chives
1-2 Tbsp olive oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Prepare Gnocchi according to the cooking instructions.
Once the Gnocchi float to the surface of the water, skim 20-30 ml of boiling water. Drain the remaining cooking water.
In the mean time chop the chives into small rings.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the chives.
Add the No-Moo Sauce and stir over the heat for 1 minute. If desired, add some of the cooking water.
Add the Gnocchi to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
